Travel Customer Service Agent at KLM – Swedish and Norwegian Speaking

You will handle a variety of questions and situations, making every day different. You actively think along with customers, look for solutions and ensure a positive customer experience. You are also comfortable switching between different systems and online tools.
You will start with an intensive 8-week training programme. The training is fully paid and takes place full-time on location. After completing the training, hybrid working is possible, allowing you to work from home up to 2 days per week.
Working hours are between 07:00 and 22:00. During 3 out of every 4 weeks, you can submit your preferred shifts. For the remaining week, KLM will schedule your shifts.

€15.27 per hour (including allowances)
An initial 7-month contract, including a 1-month probationary period, with the prospect of a permanent contract.
25 days of annual leave based on full-time employment.

Wie ben jij
- You have at least MBO 4 / HAVO level of education or equivalent.
- You are available for 32, 36 or 40 hours per week.
- You are fluent in Swedish and have a good command of Norwegian.
- You have an interest in travel, aviation and/or customer service.
- You are comfortable working with computer systems and online tools.
- You are stress-resistant, flexible and solution-oriented.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call centre is a plus.
- Education or experience in tourism is a plus.
- You are available to attend the 8-week training programme full-time on location.
